The Assembler II performs intermediate-level assembly operations, including hand and machine assembly and soldering, to produce quality products in a manufacturing environment. This role requires prior assembly experience, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and consistent adherence to quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:


路 High school diploma or GED

路 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience

路 Demonstrated soldering experience (electronics or electrical components)

路 Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and drawings

路 Proficiency with hand tools and soldering equipment

路 Strong attention to detail and quality

路 Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System according to the applicable standards.

路 Ensure that determine and fulfill the requirements according to Customer commitment and regulatory provisions applicable.

路 Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

路 Ability to perform repetitive motions

路 Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

路 Visual acuity sufficient for close assembly and soldering work

路 Intermediate mechanical and/or technical aptitude

路 Manual dexterity and steady hand control for precision soldering

路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

路 Time management and productivity focus

路 Strong commitment to safety and quality standards



Desired Qualifications:

路 Experience with electronic, electrical, or electro-mechanical assemblies

路 Familiarity with quality inspection criteria and rework procedures

路 Experience working in a regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

路 Perform mechanical and/or electronic assembly of components and subassemblies according to work instructions, schematics, and drawings

路 Execute hand soldering operations (through-hole and/or surface mount) in accordance with workmanship standards

路 Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and measuring equipment safely and effectively

路 Read and interpret assembly prints, bills of materials (BOMs), and routing instructions

路 Inspect assemblies for quality, defects, and proper workmanship; make adjustments or rework as required

路 Identify nonconforming materials or processes and report issues to supervision or quality personnel

路 Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

路 Meet established production schedules and quality metrics

路 Follow all safety, ESD, quality, and manufacturing procedures

路 Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards, where applicable)

路 Assist with training or supporting entry-level assemblers as needed

路 Other duties as assigned.
